Our Mission
Landmarks Community Capital Corporation (LCC) initiates and expands community revitalization by providing creative financing and technical assistance in historic low- to moderate-income neighborhoods and urban centers in Western Pennsylvania. It is a non-profit subsidiary of Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation (PHLF).
Certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), LCC provides loan capital to both non-profit and for-profit developers for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating affordable housing and commercial buildings.
Building upon PHLF’s record of historic preservation since 1964, LCC offers unique capabilities to community development financing with in-house expertise in real estate, construction, and commercial lending.
