Through the Landmarks Development Corporation, a for-profit real estate development subsidiary of the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation, we provide contract services in real estate, construction management, preservation planning, and other fee-for-services work.

With more than 50 years of experience, our organization has a track record of proven results in preservation planning through utilization of various tools and programs that enhance our expertise as real estate development, planning, and financing consultants.

Our highly experienced construction staff provides construction consultation and project management services for historic restoration and new construction development projects. These services are tailored to the needs of the client, and are applicable to projects large and small. The construction consultation and project management services can also be combined with other services and programs offered by PHLF.
