About the presenter: Bill Paxton is a forester from Penn State, a registered landscape architect and adjunct faculty in Horticulture at Westmoreland County Community College and Chatham University. He is also a honorary member of the Botanical Society of Westmoreland County and has been a landscape contractor for thirty years.
