Workshop: Is Solar Right for You?

Ian Smith, a solar energy consultant with Energy Independent Solutions will teach homeowners the basics of Solar PV (electric) systems.  We will discuss how Solar PV works, the progress of the technology, as well as financial incentives available.
Homeowners will have an opportunity to learn if their home is “solar-worthy” using aerial imagery tools.  Bring a copy of your electric bill to get an idea of how much solar you need.  Ian brings five years of solar industry experience to his presentation and is proud of his solar-powered house in Wilkinsburg.
