LCC financed an adaptive reuse development in Manchester in 2013

Funding from Landmarks Community Capital Corporation—a lending subsidiary of Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation— can assist organizations and individuals acquire or restore historic structures, or even build new, in historic districts.

LCC’s overarching objective is to assist in getting preservation related projects off the ground so that they can become feasible investment opportunities, in addition to positive contributors to further investment and development.

We offer flexible financing options for borrowers in need of short and longer-term loans.

LCC also offers borrowers technical assistance in the form of financial structuring and construction management and oversight. Our construction department is one of the most experienced in the industry, and has decades of experience with historic buildings.
