Just bought a vintage home and don’t know where to begin? Looking to put your home maintenance on a regular schedule and budget? This presentation will explain how to separate the urgent issues from those that can wait, how to plan out a restoration to fit your budget and how to create a maintenance cycle to keep your maintenance on track and keep small issues from becoming large and expensive problems.
